The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. It was close to the event we were attending and just a short walk away from a local pub, which was convenient for grabbing a bite to eat or a drink. The area was undergoing renovations, but it didn't cause too much inconvenience. it was a great base for exploring the Blue Mountains.
The only downside we experienced was the noise from other guests. Some customers were loud and inconsiderate, causing disturbances late into the night.

We had a great stay here. The room was recently renovated with a new and comfy bed. It was serviced daily and had everything we needed. The staff, especially Sue, were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location just off the motorway made it easy to find. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel. .

Twin room was spacious with mini kitchenette. Family rooms smaller, no windows. Loved big windows and balcony. Beds incredibly comfortable. Huge bathroom. Surprise breakfast. Staff friendly. Kids' play area during meal times. Lovely soaps. Comfy and soft bed. Large spa. Easy to find. Lovely front desk lady.

The twin room was spacious with a bar fridge, mini kitchenette, and large windows. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

We loved the location of this venue, right on a busy highway and above a tavern. The service was great, with a welcome drink upon our arrival. Our room had a lot of amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, and a sitting area. The room also had a flat-screen tv with HBO available. We enjoyed the carpeted floor and the complimentary toiletries provided. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were really nice and the breakfast was delicious with special diet menus available. The leisure facilities like billiard tables were an added bonus.
Recommended this hotel to family and friends.
